What these numbers mean
Accounts includes all existing authentication accounts, including unverified signups. New signups uses the preceding 7 × 24 hours. Activity requires a successful authenticated task save. Daily: today UTC; weekly: today and previous 6 UTC days; monthly: today and previous 29 UTC days. Returning accounts saved on at least two different days in the monthly window. Only retained, observed days count. Read-only visits, offline work awaiting sync and failed saves do not count. Dates before collection are unavailable, not zero.

Feedback & support
Latest 200 messages. Notes and manually recorded replies stay internal. Notes and reply records never send email; requested submission receipts are separate. Never copy credentials, sign-in links or task text into notes.
Support submissions, not an email inbox. Archive and Trash organize records without resolving a support issue. Trash can be restored until the original 180-day retention expires; screenshots expire after 30 days. No permanent-delete action.
Reliability
Server 5xx responses only: sign-in, save, sync and support. No client stack traces, request bodies, IPs or credentials. Missing rows mean no recorded error, not proven uptime. Provider redirects and handled 4xx failures are not counted.
Database storage: unavailable in this alpha.
Deletes screenshots older than 30 days, activity/error days older than 90 UTC calendar days, and support threads older than 180 days, including notes, recorded replies and receipt metadata.
